Apartments Near U Of M
To secure a space at The Standard at Ann Arbor, click on the “Apply Now” tab to fill out an online application. Here, applicants will be able to choose their desired floor plan. The final step for securing a spot at one of our U of M apartments is to sign a housing contract.
Our individual housing contracts last for 12 installments and are valid from August to late July, coinciding with the University of Michigan’s school schedule.
Your monthly installment payments for our UMich off campus housing will include trash removal, Internet, cable TV, and access to our community amenities.
Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month. If these payments are received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th), they will be considered late. Paying your installment payments is simple as you can drop off a check at our Leasing Office, or you can pay online using the Resident Portal.
Our apartments come conveniently equipped with appliances UMich students need, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
How many bedrooms the apartment will have is based on the floor plan that is chosen. The Standard at Ann Arbor offers a variety of layouts and bedroom options from studios to four-bedroom apartments so that you can choose the floor plan to best fit your lifestyle.
Yes! Our apartments come fully furnished and include a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand, and seating for dining. In addition, each bedroom comes with a mattress, bed frame, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser.
Yes! We offer garage parking options for an additional fee, and there are bike racks included in each apartment.
